With over 30 years of rich experience in the HVAC industry, Shankha Bhattacharyya is the driving force behind Satya Aircon & Engg Services Pvt. Ltd. As the current CEO, he brings unmatched industry insight, technical expertise, and leadership that has positioned the company as a trusted name in HVAC and building services.

Before founding Satya Aircon, Mr. Bhattacharyya held several key leadership roles at Blue Star Limited, one of India’s premier air conditioning and refrigeration companies. His tenure included roles such as Deputy General Manager – West Zone and Regional Manager – Eastern Zone, where he was instrumental in leading large-scale projects, driving business growth, and developing engineering solutions that set industry benchmarks.

A Certified ISHRAE Professional, Mr. Bhattacharyya has been deeply involved in advancing HVAC&R practices in India. He served as the President of ISHRAE Kolkata Chapter (2023–2024) and continues to be an active Life Member. He has also held key positions such as Refrigeration Chair and Secretary within the Kolkata Chapter. His contributions extend nationally as the Co-Chair for Visitor Promotion & Advocacy at Refcold 2024.

His international affiliations include being a long-standing member of ASHRAE (East India Chapter), where he has served as Membership Chair and Historian Chair, fostering professional development and historical documentation within the community.

In addition, Mr. Bhattacharyya is a proud member of RATA (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Trades Association) and ICC (Indian Chamber of Commerce), further reinforcing his commitment to industry advancement and stakeholder collaboration.
